Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to generate leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain email marketing databases and mailing lists.
- Design and optimize email templates for better engagement and conversion.
- Segment audiences and personalize email campaigns based on customer behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Track industry trends and recommend improvements to email marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Email Marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and lead nurturing strategies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates is preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Email Marketing will be an added advantage.
