Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our sales and business development activities. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, sales outreach, and market research. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, interact with real clients, and gain hands-on exposure to sales processes through calling and field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls and online research.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated lead database.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in client acquisition and relationship-building activities.
- Participate in corporate client meetings and business discussions alongside the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.
- Support email outreach and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Contribute towards achieving sales and business development goals.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Diploma holders in Marketing, Sales, or Business-related disciplines may also apply. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, field marketing, or customer interaction will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
