Making protocols for the hospital systems. • Preparation of the infection control reports with the help of Infection control Nurse. • Making Schedules for the Meetings of Quality Assurance and other hospital committee. • To prepare agenda for the meetings. • To cater needs of the patients. • Receiving, Compiling and working upon the feedback of the patient to achieve complete patient Satisfaction. • To prepare the training calendar for all employee’s. • To provide training to the staff regarding infection control, Quality Assurance and others. • Working upon continuous quality improvement of the system in all departments. • To implement the NABH Standards and institutionalize into hospital functioning. • To structure a quality assurance programme based on continuous monitoring of patient care • Services. • Keep a continuous check, whether the policies are being implemented or not. • Maintaining the documentation for the quality assurance. • Modifications of policies with the help of higher authorities in the Hospital. • Implementing the policies in all departments and collecting reports from them. • Updating all the legal acts formalities. • Outlining the critical issues, than finding the preventive measures to resolve them and Preparing the action plans. • Give the recommendation to the higher officials for upgrading the organization. • Finalization/correction of medical record file. • Medical Certificate Fitness Certificate & Certificate for all the patients HR Manager
