IT Recruiter Intern
MALES PREFERRED
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.
- Learn end-to-end IT recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles (preferred)
- LinkedIn & job portal sourcing
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn recruitment
Eligibility:
- MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate
- Freshers or students looking for an HR/Recruitment internship
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
