Key Responsibilities:
* Provide central operations support for all sales-related requirements.
* Ensure 100% adherence to defined processes, systems, and reporting standards across the sales team.
* Manage post-sales customer support activities and handle customer escalations in a timely manner.
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and sales data using Excel and other reporting tools.
* Analyze and organize sales data to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve sales efficiency.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
* Familiarity with sales systems, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
* Good communication and training skills.
* Ability to manage customer escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
