As we scale our sales operations under Pioneer Technologies 2.0, we are looking for energetic and target-driven Telecallers to fuel our lead generation engine.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller to drive outbound calling, prospect new business opportunities, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a high-energy, target-driven role suited for someone who is confident on calls, persistent in follow-ups, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective business customers
- Introduce Pioneer Technologies' solutions and generate interest among potential clients
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the field sales team
- Follow up consistently on warm leads and pending conversations
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up notes in the CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Key Performance Indicators
- 80–100 outbound calls per day
- 20+ meaningful conversations per day
- 5–8 qualified meetings set per week
- Consistent CRM updation and follow-up discipline
Who Should Apply
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong spoken communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally
- Self-motivated with a disciplined and persistent follow-up approach
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
