Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain communication records and daily reports
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Support the admissions and counseling team
Requirements
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Confident and professional speaking ability
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage
