Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer who can build, customize, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions, while leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate development, automate workflows, and improve system intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
- Design and implement new features based on business requirements
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to:
o Speed up development and debugging
o Generate code snippets and automation scripts
o Improve workflows and documentation
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Odoo applications
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing implementations
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain proper documentation of customizations and workflows
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python and Odoo framework
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM
- Experience in Odoo module development and customization
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Hands-on usage of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in development workflows
- Understanding of Odoo architecture (Community / Enterprise)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Odoo.sh/cloud/Community deployments
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Experience in AI-driven automation or prompt engineering
- Familiarity with business processes (ERP domain knowledge)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
