Executive- Export Container Stuffing
Job Purpose
To plan, supervise, and execute export container stuffing operations, ensuring safe loading, optimum container utilization, damage-free shipments, and timely dispatch in compliance with customer and export standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Verify container condition before stuffing (cleanliness, damage, moisture, and floor condition).
· Ensure optimum container space utilization while maintaining cargo safety and stability.
· Supervise loading, palletization, wrapping, lashing, bracing, and cargo securing to prevent transit damage.
· Verify product quantity against packing list, boxes count.
· Verify container number, and seal number before container sealing.
· Ability to work under shipment deadlines.
· Coordinate with Production, Packing, Quality, Transporters, and CHA for smooth stuffing operations.
· Ensure compliance with export packing standards, customer-specific loading requirements, and shipping guidelines.
· Prepare stuffing reports, container loading photographs, and sealing records.
· Ensure on-time container dispatch as per vessel cut-off and shipping schedule.
· Report loading discrepancies and implement corrective actions before dispatch.
Preferred Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in export container stuffing operations.
· Experience in factory stuffing of FCL export containers.
· Knowledge of export packaging, container loading techniques, and international shipping requirements.
· Experience in furniture, wooden products industry, ceramics, or manufacturing exports will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce,
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS office systems.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹31,727.90 per month
