- Responsible for daily accounting entries and data updates in GATI software.
- Maintain purchase, sales, issue–receive entries, and stock records for gold, diamond, and jewellery items.
- Verify item weights, purity, and SKU details before entry.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports: stock summary, inward–outward, and costing.
- Coordinate with production, casting, filing, and other departments for data collection.
- Ensure error-free data entry and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist accountant with reconciliations and month-end closing.
