Position: Operations Integrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Integrator to ensure seamless execution of wedding and event projects from planning to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, designers, and execution teams, tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert event plans into actionable project schedules
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track project milestones and resolve execution challenges
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation
- Conduct pre-event and post-event reviews
- Ensure vendor performance and execution quality standards

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
