RESPONSIBILITIES
› Design UAV airframes, enclosures, and structural assemblies in CAD
› 3D modelling of drone arms, motor mounts, payload bays, and landing gear
› Material selection: carbon fibre composites, aluminium (6082/7075), ABS/Nylon
› Thermal management design for FC enclosures (heatsinks, angled ventilation)
› GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerance analysis for manufacturing
› Coordinate with vendors for CNC machining, FDM/SLS 3D printing, and sheet metal
› Structural FEA analysis for load cases and vibration isolation design
REQUIREMENTS
› B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
› 1–3 years of mechanical design experience
› Proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or CATIA
› Understanding of CNC machining, 3D printing, and sheet metal processes
› Experience with lightweight structural design for drones/robotics is a plus
› Knowledge of IP-rated enclosure design preferred
› Ability to prototype, assemble, and field-test physical hardware
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
