About Us Shree Srishti Textile is a Jaipur-based, 4th-generation textile manufacturing house specializing in authentic handblock print fabrics, bedsheets, dohars, and quilts, serving B2B wholesale buyers across India and internationally.
Role Overview We're looking for a Social Media Executive to grow our brand presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube, with a strong focus on on-camera content, factory-floor storytelling, and driving B2B wholesale inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit on-camera reels showcasing our handblock printing process, products, and factory operations
- Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business presence
- Create content calendars aligned with product launches, festivals (Diwali, wedding season), and wholesale buying cycles
- Respond to and manage WhatsApp Business leads and AI chatbot conversations
- Track post performance and double down on formats that drive engagement (on-camera content over static/AI-generated video)
- Coordinate with sales team (Mihir, Gori/Goran, Ajay) to turn social engagement into wholesale leads
- Basic photography/videography of new product arrivals for social + Shopify listings
- Stay updated on textile industry trends, competitor content, and B2B social strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (textile/fashion/manufacturing background preferred)
- Comfortable being on-camera and directing simple shoots (reels, behind-the-scenes)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp Business tools
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Hinglish communication is fine)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
Good to Have
- Understanding of B2B wholesale/export business content (vs. B2C/retail tone)
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce product listings
- Interest in handloom/handblock print heritage crafts
