About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to develop new B2B clients and grow business for Perdurable Utility Services Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, generating leads and converting them into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references and networking.
- Visit hotels, hospitals, offices, restaurants, factories, schools, institutions and commercial establishments.
- Introduce and explain company services such as pest control, housekeeping, cleaning, hygiene and facility management.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the office team for proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Good presentation and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Previous B2B sales experience will be an advantage.
