Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise along with knowledge of project estimation, cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement processes. Experience in engineering, construction, EPC, or CADD-related industries will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
* Handle payroll processing and statutory filings.
* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
* Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and profitability analysis.
* Review project costs and compare estimated costs with actual expenses.
* Coordinate with procurement and project teams to monitor material costs and project expenditures.
* Assist in preparing quotations, project cost estimates, and tender-related financial documentation.
* Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
* Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
* Knowledge of project estimation, costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, ERP systems, or accounting software.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, financial reporting).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
* CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
* Experience in engineering, construction, EPC, manufacturing, or CADD-related industries is preferred.
* Familiarity with procurement processes and tender costing is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
