Product Knowledge: Educate customers on gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, cuts, settings, and design trends to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and accurate record-keeping to manage store inventory.
- Customer Experience: Lead customers through the buying process, including wrapping, boxing, and bagging purchased items, while providing a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience
