We are now building the India-based technology and operations backbone that will help make that vision possible.
We are looking for one exceptionally capable, entrepreneurial and technology-driven individual to become the first key person in this operation.
You will not be joining an established department.
You will be helping build the department.
Initially, you may be the person doing many different things yourself.

Your initial mission is to help us build the back office of a Canadian law firm from the ground up.
The first phase will focus on:

COMPENSATION
₹12,00,000 – ₹60,00,000 per annum starting package.
The range is intentionally broad.
We are not looking for the cheapest candidate.
The compensation will reflect demonstrated capability, experience, leadership potential and the scale of responsibility you can take on.
A candidate capable of building and eventually leading the firm's technology and operations infrastructure could command compensation toward the upper end of the range.
Exceptional performance and long-term growth opportunities will be recognized.

This is not a traditional outsourced IT position.
You will work closely with the leadership of the Canadian law firm.
