Profile: Sr. Software Engineer/Associate Software Architect_Agentic AI
Experience: 6-16 years
Location: Chandigarh/Bhubaneshwar

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end architecture for Agentic AI solutions.
- Build scalable multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and reasoning workflows.
- Define standards for prompts, orchestration, memory, tools, and structured outputs.
- Evaluate LLMs, AI frameworks, and orchestration tools.
- Ensure production readiness through scalability, observability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive technical architecture and best practices.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT)/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
- 6–16 years of experience in software architecture, backend engineering, or AI platform development.
- Strong Python, microservices, and system design expertise.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, AutoGPT, or similar), RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade systems.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
