Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Nagpur market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, achieving sales targets, and expanding the dealer/distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and lead generation.
- Expand and manage the dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Promote and explain company products to customers and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collection.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market feedback.
- Track competitor pricing, products, and market strategies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HVAC, electrical, appliances, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Nagpur/local market preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
