TecTree is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. If you've got a strong B2B sales background and a knack for turning conversations into conversions — we want to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities:
Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email outreach, and social media
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads across multiple channels
Pitch software solutions with a clear, consultative approach
Plan and execute targeted campaigns aligned with quarterly goals
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the BD team
Meet and exceed KPIs across calls, lead volume, and conversions
Collaborate with marketing to sharpen messaging and funnel performance
Key Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
Prior experience in software or technology solution selling preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience selling Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle solutions
Exposure to international clients
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
