Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of
professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design
fundamentals and hands-on experience in creating impactful visual content.
Candidates with prior experience in election campaign poster design will be
considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, banners, social media creatives, and print materials
- Create visually compelling election campaign posters and political promotional
materials (preferred experience)
- Develop layouts for digital and print advertisements
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to execute creative concepts
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and digital publishing
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to create high-impact political/election campaign visuals
- Understanding of print production processes
- Basic knowledge of social media design trends
- Good teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mandatory to provide a portfolio showcasing previous design work
(campaign/election creatives will be an added advantage).
