diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in vehicles or heavy equipment
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls on diesel, gasoline, and electric engines, including hydraulic, braking, and electronic systems.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and coordinate the daily workflow of mechanics, assigning tasks and providing technical training and mentoring.
- Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of repairs, labor, and parts usage using computerized management systems.
