Plan and implement agribusiness and agricultural value chain development initiatives.
Conduct value chain assessments and identify opportunities for improving productivity, market access, and farmer income.
Engage with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), cooperatives, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and other community institutions to strengthen agricultural practices and market linkages.
Provide technical guidance on crop production, post-harvest management, value addition, and agribusiness development.
Facilitate market linkages between farmers, buyers, processors, input suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Support preparation of project proposals, implementation plans, technical reports, and progress documentation.
Coordinate with Government departments, agricultural institutions, NGOs, financial institutions, and private sector partners for effective project implementation.
Organize farmer training programs, exposure visits, demonstrations, and capacity-building workshops.
Monitor project activities, evaluate outcomes, and recommend strategies to improve program performance.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and project documentation in line with organizational and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with project objectives, Government schemes, and applicable agricultural policies.
