What You’ll Do
Branch Operations
- Manage and oversee day-to-day branch activities smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain premium service standards and ensure a professional spa environment.
Client Experience
- Deliver professional and friendly face-to-face client handling.
- Coordinate appointments, customer support, and overall guest experience with professionalism and care.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand standards of Protone Day Spa.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Build a positive and performance-focused team culture.
Business Growth
- Monitor branch performance and contribute to revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Ensure monthly branch targets and service quality standards are achieved.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in management, hospitality, wellness, customer service, or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent professional and friendly client-handling ability.
- Smart, confident, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
- Preferred age: Below 30 years.
