We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Achieve assigned customer service and operational targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- Age: 25–40 years.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
