Job Description

Must have – Deep domain in recruitment across junior and mid level for manufacturing or engineering organizations.

Recruitment (60% + load)

Sourcing, shortlisting of candidates and organizing interviews
Completion of onboarding & joining process

HR Administration

Administration of Leave and Attendance of employees
Documentation and maintaining personal records of employees
Work with Finance and ensuring compliance of statutory requirements under various labour legislations
MIS & reporting – Preparing MIS reports

Employee Relations and Organization Development

Employee grievance redressals, coordinating employee relations and employee engagement activities
Organizing induction and orientation for new employees
Coordinating training and development activities
