- Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.
- Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services.
- Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proven experience in loan processing or telecalling, preferably both.
- Strong knowledge of loan products.
