Key Responsibilities::
1 Space Planning & Design
-
Develop and maintain workspace layouts based on business needs and headcount

Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD/Revit
-
Optimize seating arrangements, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and support areas
-
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory norms
2 Space Utilization & Analytics
-
Conduct regular space utilization studies and audits
-
Analyze occupancy data and generate insights (density, vacancy, efficiency ratios)
-
Recommend optimization strategies (hot desking, consolidation, reconfiguration)
-
Prepare reports and dashboards for client review
3 Move/Add/Change (MAC) Management
-
Plan and execute employee movements and seating changes
-
Coordinate with IT, Admin, and FM teams for smooth transitions
-
Ensure minimal operational disruption during moves
-
Maintain updated seating allocation records
4 Fit-Out & Project Coordination
-
Support office fit-out, expansion, and renovation projects
-
Review layouts and drawings for accuracy and compliance
-
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams
-
Conduct site inspections and ensure design implementation
5 Stakeholder Management
-
Engage with client teams to understand requirements
-
Participate in planning meetings and provide space solutions
-
Ensure alignment with client standards (e.g., MUFG workplace guidelines)
6 Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain updated CAD drawings and layout database
-
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards
-
Track space changes and maintain version control
Key Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of space planning principles and workplace design
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit
-
Good analytical skills (Excel / Power BI preferred)

Understanding of facility management operations
-
Knowledge of safety, fire, and building regulations
