Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Maintain cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
- Control shrinkage and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and head office for stock movement and promotions.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Store Manager in the retail garments industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work on sales targets and drive business growth.
- Graduation preferred.
Experience: 3–8 years in retail garments (Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
