Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, implement, and maintain ERP applications and modules.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical ERP solutions.
- Develop new ERP modules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and functionalities.
- Customize existing ERP modules according to departmental requirements.
- Integrate ERP with third-party applications, APIs, e-commerce platforms, CRM, accounting systems, and other business applications.
- Design and manage databases, queries, stored procedures, and data structures.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Perform system testing, debugging, performance optimization, and upgrades.
- Develop automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage data migration, data validation, backup, and system security.
- Create MIS reports and customized management dashboards.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, HR, and Operations teams.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for ERP developments and customizations.
- Provide technical support and training to ERP users.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, security, and smooth ERP operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP development and customization.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, ERPNext, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of Python / Java / C# / PHP / JavaScript, depending on the ERP platform.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.
- Understanding of ERP modules such as:
- Sales & CRM
- Purchase & Procurement
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Finance & Accounts
- HR & Payroll
- Manufacturing / Production
- Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT
- BCA / MCA
- M.Sc. IT or equivalent qualification
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant ERP development experience.
- Experience in complete ERP implementation projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce, export, or nutraceutical businesses will have an added advantage.
- Should be capable of independently understanding requirements and developing solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
