Job Summary:
The Sales Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and driving sales growth. This position is responsible for building customer relationships, meeting sales objectives, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support day-to-day store operations while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Qualification: 10th/plus two/any degree
Experience: Min 1 year in retail
Location: Lakshmi mills and R S Puram
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
