Position: Business Development Executive
Location: 2nd Floor, Showroom No. 13, Civil Lines, Above Nanda's Supermarket, Ambala City
Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking and other outbound channels
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and our current services
- Visit prospective clients to build relationships and close new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for potential clients
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Handle other business development and sales-related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings
- Confident in conducting client visits and building long-term business relationships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach towards sales
- Agency sales experience will be a strong plus
