Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager based in Chennai. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing proposals, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide insights for competitive bids, and ensure project deliverables are met effectively. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely submission of tenders and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation
- Proficiency in Procurement and ability to handle procurement processes efficiently
- Proven skills in Sales, with a focus on creating competitive and compelling bids
- Effective Project Management capabilities, including planning, execution, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the technology, drone, or aviation industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
