We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium/luxury footwear store in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience specifically with a shoe/footwear brand and a proven track record of managing store sales, operations and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Monitor KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience
- Manage inventory, stock audits, replenishment and stock movement
- Maintain luxury store standards, grooming and visual presentation
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and SOP compliance
- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Drive repeat customers and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with HO/retail management for business requirements
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory: Experience with a FOOTWEAR / SHOE BRAND
Previous experience as Store Manager / Senior Store Manager
Strong understanding of footwear retail and customer selling
Proven sales-target achievement
Excellent team-management and leadership skills
Strong communication and customer-handling abilities
Well-groomed, professional personality
Good knowledge of retail KPIs, POS and inventory management
Luxury / premium footwear experience will be highly preferred
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice preferred
Candidates from apparel, jewellery or other retail categories without footwear experience will NOT be considered.
