Job Title: School Nurse

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance)
Job Summary
Innovera School is seeking a caring, responsible, and organized School Nurse to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff. The candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, maintaining health records, managing medical emergencies, and supporting administrative activities during non-clinical hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedical & Student Care
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to students and staff.
- Maintain and update student health records and medical histories.
- Monitor students with specific medical conditions and provide necessary support.
- Administer medications as per parental authorization and school guidelines.
- Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with parents, hospitals, or healthcare providers when required.
- Conduct regular health and hygiene awareness sessions for students.
- Ensure the school's first aid kits and medical supplies are adequately stocked.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support the administration team with routine office tasks during non-clinical hours.
- Maintain attendance and health-related documentation.
- Assist in admission-related documentation and record management.
- Coordinate communication with parents regarding health and wellness matters.
- Help maintain school records, filing systems, and administrative reports.
- Support school events, health camps, and other school activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing certification preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Experience in a school, clinic, or hospital setting will be an added advantage.
