We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Design Engineer to join our team in designing and developing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical design, be eager to learn, and be willing to travel to customer and manufacturer locations for technical discussions, specification verification, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Visit manufacturers, vendors, and customer sites to understand and verify technical specifications.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and vendors during machine fabrication and assembly.
- Support machine installation, testing, and commissioning activities when required.
- Assist in resolving design and manufacturing issues.
- Maintain engineering documentation and ensure design standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machine components.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
Employment Terms
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Service Commitment: Candidates must commit to working with the company for a minimum period of 1.5 years after joining.
- Travel to manufacturer and customer locations may be required based on project needs.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in automation and Special Purpose Machine design.
- Basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
