How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Professionals in this group reviews and approves budgets, develops and implements new HR policies and maintains company’s HR systems.
- They are involved in designing and implementing organizations HR policies and setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress.
- They monitor organizations HR systems as well as databases.
- Professionals at this level are senior managers.
- They apply advance knowledge and experience to the development of new methods, policies, programs and procedures and a comprehensive understanding of the practical issues where the knowledge is applied.

Provides overall direction for complex activities guidance and inputs for a large size project or multiple medium sized projects.
- They adapt to various communication styles and interpret non-routine and conflicting information.
- They establish functional procedure and policy and extensive latitude to work independently and the outcomes have abroad effect on overall achievement of organization.
- They have good project and people management skills and require appropriate knowledge and skills to make sound judgments and select the alternate course of action.
- They are responsible for managing, coaching junior team members and provide inputs on appraisals/feedback to direct reportees and review the indirect reportees.
- They are responsible for allocating work and ensure delivery in the defined timeframe. Interacts with internal and/or external clients to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations.
- May consult with senior management.
