Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for automation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and experience in industrial purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for project and operational requirements.
- Source materials, components, and equipment as per project specifications and requirements.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely procurement of electrical, mechanical, and automation-related materials.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Coordinate with stores, projects, and accounts teams for procurement-related activities.
- Maintain vendor databases and develop relationships with new suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or discrepancies.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase activities, preferably in the automation or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of industrial materials and purchasing procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.

Working Conditions
Work may involve supplier visits, coordination with multiple departments, and occasional travel as per project and business requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
