Telecaller Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for interacting with customers over phone calls to generate sales, provide information, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries
