Key Responsibilities
- Support invoicing activities and maintain accurate billing documentation
- Handle invoice-related follow-ups through email communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation requirements
- Curate and manage LinkedIn posts and company branding content
- Support company event promotions and social media engagement activities
- Maintain daily LinkedIn engagement through comments and interactions
- Collect customer feedback and assist in customer success activities
- Prepare client communication materials and coordinate follow-ups
Key Skillsets Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of invoicing and documentation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organized records
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to learn customer success and client coordination functions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
