Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in Bangalore and surrounding regions. The primary focus of this role will be driving sales of Tanita Body Composition Analyzer (BCA) machines across key market segments including hospitals, clinics, fitness centers, wellness chains, and corporate health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth for Tanita BCA machines in the assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across healthcare, fitness, and wellness sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (doctors, hospital administrators, gym owners, wellness managers, etc.)
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits and applications of BCA technology
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 4–8 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, fitness/wellness products, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth
- Strong network in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or fitness/wellness industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Willingness to travel within the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling diagnostic or body composition equipment
- Prior experience working with channel partners or distributors
- Familiarity with consultative/solution-based selling

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
