Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Venue Manager to coordinate the collection and delivery of event materials. The primary responsibility is to collect hard disks and memory cards from the event venue and deliver them safely to the office. This role also involves coordinating with the photography team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect hard disks and memory cards from event venues after the shoot.
- Deliver the collected devices safely and on time to the office.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the office team regarding event schedules.
- Maintain a record of all collected and delivered devices.
- Ensure timely communication with the team during events.
- Handle logistics and support smooth event operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th) or any degree.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.
Married profile is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event schedules.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
