Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Operations Executive to oversee daily administrative activities and support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation.
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, track operational activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle facility management and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in Administration & Operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
