Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic International Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries from global clients through voice support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, and accounts.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions in CRM/software accurately.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle international customers professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience in International Voice Process/BPO is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US, UK, Australia, or Canada customer support processes.
- Experience with customer service metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
