We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our hospitality software solutions. This is a remote role for coordination and reporting, but involves regular field visits to hotels, restaurants, and hospitality partners across the city. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, confident in client interactions, and passionate about technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage prospective clients within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, etc.).
● Present and demonstrate company software solutions, including PMS, POS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Payment Gateway.
● Drive business growth by achieving defined sales and revenue targets.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
● Conduct daily field visits across the city to meet potential clients in the hospitality sector. ● Pitch and demonstrate software products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and resorts.
● Generate and convert leads into active clients.
● Build strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure client satisfaction.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Handle remote reporting, lead tracking, and coordination with the internal team.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 2–3 years of field sales / business development experience.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable professional.
