We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Furniture Fitter to assemble, install, and service furniture products at customer locations and showroom premises. The candidate should ensure proper fitting, quality finishing, and customer satisfaction during delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install furniture such as sofas, beds, dining tables, wardrobes, recliners, and office furniture.
- Visit customer locations for furniture fitting and service support.
- Handle tools and equipment safely during installation.
- Check products for damages or missing parts before installation.
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and stability of furniture.
- Explain basic product usage and maintenance to customers.
- Coordinate with delivery and showroom teams for smooth installation.
- Attend customer complaints and provide quick service support.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer locations.
- Follow company safety and service standards.
Requirements
- Experience in furniture assembly/fitting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift and move furniture safely.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- ITI / Technical experience is an added advantage.
