Position: Service Advisor

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer vehicle service complaints and requirements
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
- Prepare job cards and explain service details to customers
- Follow up on vehicle delivery status with customers
- Handle insurance and accidental vehicle service coordination
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain service records and customer communication
- Suggest additional service requirements when needed
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage workshop coordination
- Experience in automobile/commercial vehicle service preferred
- Freshers with an interest in automobile service can also apply
