Role Overview:
Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida, invites applications from distinguished academic leaders for the position of Director – PGDM Program. We are looking for a visionary leader who can strengthen academic excellence, industry partnerships, placements, and admissions growth while positioning the PGDM program among the leading management programs in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the PGDM program
- Ensure academic excellence and compliance with AICTE regulations
- Strengthen corporate partnerships and placement opportunities
- Lead admissions strategy and institutional outreach initiatives
- Drive curriculum innovation aligned with emerging areas such as AI, Business Analytics, FinTech, and Digital Transformation
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-quality faculty
- Build national and international academic collaborations
- Enhance institutional reputation through industry engagement and academic initiatives
Eligibility:
- Ph.D. in Management or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in management education (as per AICTE norms)
- Prior experience as Director / Dean / Senior Professor / Academic Leader preferred
