Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, joining formalities, and induction
- Maintain attendance, leave, OT, and payroll inputs
- Handle unit-level statutory compliance and records
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Coordinate training, engagement, and welfare activities
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
- Support exits, final settlements, and clearance process
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / MSW – HR
- 1–2 years of unit/plant HR experience

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
