Social Media Manager & Content Writer

About Us :
We are a growing PR & Digital Media Agency based in Surat. We create social media content, public relations campaigns, and digital communication for our clients. We are looking for a creative Video Editor who wants to learn, grow, and build great content with us.
What you'll do :
- Manage multiple accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and WhatsApp
- Understand how each platform's algorithm works, and use that to improve reach
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Write captions, posts, and short scripts in Hindi/Gujarati/English
- Find and build relationships with relevant influencers, and coordinate collaborations
- Track engagement and follower growth, and adjust strategy based on results
- Monitor comments/DMs and handle basic community engagement
- Keep track of trends and what's going viral, and apply it to our content
What we're looking for :
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content writing
- Clear writing skills in Hindi/Gujarati and English
- Basic comfort with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
- Curiosity about how content becomes viral, and ability to experiment
- Comfortable managing several things at once
